All skeins weigh approximately 4oz (114g) and the cost is $5.00 each. This yardage will vary for each ply. For example, each skein of 2 ply will have approximately 200-210 yds each skein of 3 ply Softpsun will have approximately 150 yds each skein of 4 ply will have approximately 100 yrds and each single ply skein will have approximately 400 yrds.

Recommended needle size for each ply are as follows:

2 ply--4.5mm

3 ply Softspun--6mm

1ply--3mm

4 ply is used mainly in rug making so we don't have a recommended needle for knitting purposes.

All yarns are 100% wool, virtually preshrunk (we do recommend hand washing garments and to dry lay flat)

Not all colors are available in all piles.  The best selection is in the 2 ply yarns followed closely by the Softspun 

Selections in 1 ply and 4 ply are limited
